Account & login

Hosting accounts

User actions
  • Create a hosting account — Open
  • List all accounts — Open
  • Choose an account to work with — Open
  • View a specific account (from the list) — Open the account from the list, then access its view/settings.
Notes
  • Use a valid email for notifications.
  • If something breaks, open a ticket with details/screenshots.
  • You can manage multiple accounts depending on plan limits.

Domains

  • Domain checker — Open
  • Availability checker — Open
  • Results depend on provider and TLD.

SSL certificates

  • View a certificate (from the list) — Open the certificate from the SSL list to see details.
Notes
  • Some certificates require DNS/HTTP validation.
  • If issuance is delayed, check DNS first.

Troubleshooting

I can't log in. What should I do?
Verify email/password, then use “Forgot password”. If it persists, open a support ticket.
Hosting account creation fails or stays pending
Check MOFH settings in admin and service status. Send the exact error via ticket.
SSL fails or validation errors appear
Check the domain DNS records and retry. If it still fails, open a ticket.
